Messy Church usually takes place on the fourth Saturday of the month at 4pm. It is a form of fun, informal worship for families that involves creativity, celebration and hospitality.

Our next Messy Church and Messy Momentum are on Saturday 24 October.

In the following months the dates are: 28 November and 19 December.

Messy Church at All Saints is suitable for children from pre-school to high school and their parents and carers.

For younger children (under 9), Messy Church sessions involve a long creative time to explore the biblical theme through getting messy; a short celebration time involving story, prayer, song, games and similar; and a sit-down meal together at tables.

Older children are part of our new Messy Momentum group which started in September 2026. Messy Momentum will develop with our young people. We want to listen to what interests them, what questions they have about the Bible and Christianity and what they would like their group to become. Messy Momentum sessions will also end with a sit-down meal.

Clare Russell is our Messy Church Co-ordinator.   Please let Clare know if you are coming (if possible) so that we can make sure we have enough food and resources!  She can be contacted on 07515 699272 or by emailing families@allsaintscheadlehulme.org.uk
